Radford
I don’t know a lot about Radford’s history but I hope to learn more as I will probably be in this area for a long time. It has it’s great small hometown qualities. I always describe Woodstock, Va, my hometown as Radford without the University so I feel very at home here. –I may make it my home for a lot longer than planned.
Radford’s history looks like what I would’ve wanted my children to grow up in. I hope it hasn’t changed much. I guess we’ll see.
There was a shooting near Radford’s Campus on April 2nd, 2009. The University had a quick lockdown and constant updates until the tragedy was resolved.
